Huntley, Henry Lead Ravens Past Falcons 30-23 in Overtime
The Baltimore Ravens rallied to beat the Atlanta Falcons 30-23 in overtime on Sunday Night Football, improving to 4-1 without quarterback Lamar Jackson. Backup Tyler Huntley, who looked uncomfortable for much of the night under relentless Falcons pressure, went a combined 11 of 11 for 80 yards on the game-tying fourth-quarter drive and in overtime. Trailing 23-15 with 2:25 to play, Baltimore scored on Huntley’s 7-yard touchdown pass to Devontez Walker, and Derrick Henry added the tying two-point conversion. In overtime, the Ravens drove 68 yards on 14 plays, eating 7 minutes and 3 seconds, before Huntley’s 1-yard touchdown run. Henry finished with 24 carries for 102 yards.
Falcons’ Michael Penix Jr. Suffers Rib Injury Late in Loss to Ravens
Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Penix Jr. was officially diagnosed with a rib injury after taking a big hit in the final seconds of regulation in Sunday’s overtime loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Penix clutched his torso on the field and briefly gave way to Tua Tagovailoa before returning to throw a pass on Atlanta’s final offensive play of regulation. He did not play in overtime, and Tagovailoa threw an interception on Atlanta’s second overtime play from scrimmage, sealing Baltimore’s comeback win. Before leaving, Penix had completed 19 of 32 passes for 240 yards with one touchdown and no turnovers. Details of the injury were not available immediately after the game.

Cardinals Agree to Trade Marvin Harrison Jr. to Texans
The Arizona Cardinals have agreed to trade receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. to the Houston Texans, according to multiple reports. Arizona will receive a second-round pick and a sixth-round pick, both in 2027, while Houston gets Harrison and a 2027 seventh-round pick. The Texans were always the team most closely linked to Harrison, and it was believed the Cardinals waited in an effort to get a little more for him. One sticking point was whether Houston would send a 2027 or 2028 second-round pick; the Texans yielded on that issue. The deal came after Houston earned its first win of the season against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.

Cam Little kicked a 57-yard field goal as time expired, and the Jacksonville Jaguars beat the Philadelphia Eagles 19-17 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday. The Eagles had taken a 17-16 lead on Jake Elliott’s 48-yard field goal with 8 seconds left, after Little’s extra-point attempt went wide following Parker Washington’s 27-yard touchdown catch. Commanders and Giants Tie 27-27 After Washington’s Overtime Clock Gaffe
The Washington Commanders and New York Giants played to a 27-27 tie on Sunday after Washington failed to stop the clock in overtime. With no timeouts and a roughly 42-yard game-winning field goal attempt within reach, the Commanders appeared to call a pass play; quarterback Jayden Daniels scrambled, was taken down, and the team could not get another play off to spike the ball. Coach Dan Quinn took the blame, saying the sequencing “does not fall on him” and calling it “my responsibility, no one else’s.” Daniels said, “Ultimately it’s on me.” Washington is now 1-3-1, and the ending spoiled what could have been a triumphant return for Daniels.

On the ensuing punt attempt from Cleveland’s 42-yard line, punter Corey Bojorquez fumbled the snap in the rain, and the 19-yard loss gave the Jets the ball at the Cleveland 23.
