Braves Batter Snell, Rout Dodgers 9-2
The Atlanta Braves pounded Blake Snell and the Los Angeles Dodgers 9-2 Saturday at Dodger Stadium, handing the reigning Cy Young winner his worst outing of the young season. Guardians Land Gold Glove Catcher Bailey from Giants
The Cleveland Guardians acquired Gold Glove catcher Patrick Bailey from the San Francisco Giants on Saturday, sending pitching prospect Matt Wilkinson and a 2026 competitive balance draft pick to San Francisco. Bailey, 26, was hitting .146/.213/.183 over 89 plate appearances after losing playing time to Rule 5 pick Daniel Susac and prospect Jesus Rodriguez. Cleveland responded by optioning catcher Bo Naylor, batting .143/.200/.238, to Triple-A Columbus. The Guardians, who lead the AL Central at 21-19, now boast one of baseball’s strongest defensive catching tandems. Bailey is regarded as one of the game’s elite pitch framers. Contreras Walk-Off Lifts Brewers Past Yankees in 10
The Milwaukee Brewers rallied past the New York Yankees 4-3 in 10 innings Saturday on William Contreras’ walk-off sacrifice fly. The loss ended the Yankees’ winning run and gave Milwaukee its first walk-off win of 2026.

Vlad Grand Slam Powers Blue Jays to 11-3 Rout of Angels
The Toronto Blue Jays routed the Los Angeles Angels 11-3 Saturday behind Vladimir Guerrero Jr.’s third career grand slam and a dominant pitching performance.
