The first round of bids to purchase the reigning Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks were due Friday, according to multiple reports, with three ownership groups known to be involved: a group led by Boston Celtics governors Wyc Grousbeck and Aditya Mittal, a group led by venture capitalist Vinod Khosla, and a group led by billionaire Todd Boehly of Chelsea Football Club. The franchise is expected to sell in the range of $9 billion to $10 billion, which would be the highest price paid for any NFL franchise in history. A sale is expected to be completed before the 2026 season opener on September 9.

Calais Campbell’s Brother Charged With Murder in Death of Their Mother
