Kumar Rocker Tosses One-Hitter as Rangers Rout White Sox 10-0
Kumar Rocker delivered his best start in months, tossing one-hit ball over six innings to lead the Texas Rangers past the Chicago White Sox 10-0 on Tuesday night at Globe Life Field. Rocker struck out six and walked two, allowing only a leadoff single to Munetaka Murakami in the fourth inning. Brandon Nimmo went 4-for-4 with a two-run homer, his 10th of the season. Alejandro Osuna drove in three runs with three singles, and Wyatt Langford added a two-run blast. Texas finished with a season-high 18 hits and snapped a two-game skid. Thornton Earns First Career Win as Mets Blank Brewers 4-0, Robert Returns
Zac Thornton earned his first major league victory as the New York Mets blanked the Milwaukee Brewers 4-0 on Tuesday at American Family Field.
