Marlins End Franchise-Worst 12-Game Losing Streak With Walk-Off Win Over Phillies
Griffin Conine’s walk-off run-scoring single in the ninth inning lifted the Miami Marlins to an 8-7 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies on Monday, snapping a franchise-worst 12-game losing streak. Philadelphia closer Jhoan Duran entered with a 7-5 lead but loaded the bases before surrendering a tying two-run single to Heriberto Hernandez, who later scored the winning run on Conine’s hit. It was Duran’s second blown save in 26 opportunities with the Phillies. Hernandez and Conine each homered against Phillies ace Zack Wheeler earlier in the game. Calvin Faucher earned the win in relief, tossing a scoreless ninth.

Lindor Homers Twice, Triples and Drives in Six as Mets Rout First-Place Braves 14-3
Francisco Lindor homered twice and tripled in a 14-3 demolition of the first-place Atlanta Braves on Monday night at Citi Field, driving in six runs and pacing the New York Mets to their most lopsided win over a division leader this season. Bellinger Out 4-6 Weeks With Hamstring Strain, Leaving Yankees Decimated in Outfield
The New York Yankees placed left fielder Cody Bellinger on the 10-day injured list Monday with a Grade 2 left hamstring strain, leaving the club without three of their top outfield bats heading into the August 3 trade deadline. Bellinger suffered the injury in the eighth inning of Sunday’s game against the Phillies while rounding first base on a double. Manager Aaron Boone confirmed Bellinger will miss four to six weeks. MLB Trade Deadline One Week Away as Market Remains Quiet With Giants, Mets, Rockies Selling
With the August 3 trade deadline six days away, rival executives report activity has been largely quiet despite a handful of teams declaring seller status. The Giants, Mets, and Rockies have positioned themselves as clear sellers, with Milwaukee Brewers reliever Freddy Peralta, Cardinals infielder Luis Arraez, and others drawing significant interest from contenders. Pederson Hits Two Homers as Rangers Take Three of Four From Mariners
