Browns Trade Two-Time DPOY Myles Garrett to Rams in Blockbuster Deal
The Cleveland Browns sent two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams in one of the most stunning trades in recent NFL history, completed June 1. Drake London Signs Four-Year, $141M Extension With Falcons, Becomes NFL’s Third-Highest-Paid WR
The Atlanta Falcons locked up wide receiver Drake London on a four-year, $141 million contract extension, according to his agent, making London the third-highest-paid receiver in the NFL. The deal includes $100 million guaranteed and can climb to $150 million in total value, at an average annual salary of $35.25 million. The New York Giants signed three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. to a one-year deal, bringing him back to New York for the first time in seven seasons. Arrest Warrant Issued for 49ers’ Brandon Aiyuk on Misdemeanor Speeding Charge
A Santa Clara County Superior Court judge issued a misdemeanor arrest warrant for San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk stemming from a December 2025 YouTube video in which he filmed himself driving his Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing at speeds reaching 110 mph on a road adjacent to Levi’s Stadium. The charge, exhibition of speeding, carries a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail and a $500 fine. Judge Brian Buckelew signed the warrant on February 24, and it became public Wednesday. Aiyuk apologized for the video days after posting it but had not resolved the underlying legal matter before the warrant was issued.

Payton Says Bo Nix Could Return to Practice at Broncos’ June Minicamp
Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton said Wednesday there is a good chance quarterback Bo Nix will participate in the team’s mandatory minicamp scheduled for June 16–18, as Nix continues recovering from the fractured right ankle he sustained during the AFC divisional playoff round. Nix underwent surgery in January and a follow-up procedure in the spring. Payton described the second procedure as expected and said the priority is returning Nix at full strength for training camp in July. The Broncos, who finished 14–3 in the 2025 regular season and represent one of the early favorites in the AFC for 2026, are taking a deliberate approach to managing his recovery.
